Sunseeker Manhattan 52 - Fly

The Sunseeker Manhattan 52 combines luxury, comfort, and style in an elegant motor yacht with a flybridge. An elegant, fully equipped, and ready-to-cruise motor yacht, perfectly suited for both inland waterways and coastal cruising. This particular version, Summer Paradise, was built in 2011 by Sunseeker International (UK). The yacht has only been used on freshwater. Maintenance has always been carried out with great care, including a major service in 2024. In 2025, the underwater hull was treated with new antifouling and the anodes were replaced in 2021. You board via the aft deck through a large glass sliding door, leading into the spacious saloon. The warm interior is finished in high-quality cherry wood and leather upholstery, creating a stylish and comfortable ambiance. A TV is elegantly hidden in the saloon furniture and can be raised electronically when desired. Adjacent is the fully equipped galley, fitted with a ceramic hob, combination microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer drawers. Outside, the yacht offers an inviting open cockpit with a convertible aft bench, ideal for flexible use as either a seating or sunbathing area. A large sunbed with comfortable cushions is also located on the foredeck, perfect for relaxing while cruising. The yacht features three comfortable cabins: two with freestanding double beds and one with twin single beds. Additionally, there are two wet rooms, each with an electric toilet and separate shower. The technical equipment is comprehensive. The yacht is fitted with an H&B hydraulic bathing platform (Hi-Lo), electric bow and stern thrusters, electric winches on the aft deck, and a Yacht Controller for remote maneuvering. Navigation is handled through an extensive Raymarine system, including C120w and C90w displays, radar, and autopilot. For extra comfort, air conditioning and heating are installed. Further features include underwater lighting, a rear-view camera, and a full-ship audio system. Propulsion is provided by two powerful Volvo Penta D13 diesel engines, each delivering 800 hp.
